The Winning Formula® was launched to the UK business marketplace by John Stein in 1995.

John’s original vision was to offer a simple, pragmatic and empowering approach to delivering high-performance in the workplace.

His early mission ‘to help leaders and managers understand the human performance challenges facing them on their Growth Journey and enable them to navigate their way successfully by developing their knowledge, skills and confidence’ resonates with our client organisations nearly two decades after its announcement to the marketplace.

The Winning Formula® has enabled our clients to achieve spectacular growth results – in excess of £500m of additional revenue and resulting profits.

The framework is research based, tried, tested and proven to work for leaders in small, medium-size and large organisations. It continues to be used by many of our clients nearly a decade after they were first introduced to it.
